通过对不同状态的7075铝合金以不同的应变速率和不同的应变锻造,并利用了光镜(OM)、透射电镜(TEM)对热变形显微组织进行观察.实验表明:对于7075铝合金,较高的应变速率有利于出现动态再结晶,动态再结晶的方式为不连续动态再结晶,当应变速率较低时,只出现动态回复.弥散的第二相粒子在动态再结晶过程中起了重要作用.

7075 aluminum alloy with different states (T6 and solution treatment) were forged at different strain rates (10-2s-1and 102s-1) and strains. OM (optical microscope) and TEM (transmission electronic microscope) were used to observe themicrostructure of 7075 aluminum alloy after hot deformation. Experiment results indicate that dynamic recrystallization for7075 aluminum alloy is apt to occur under the higher strain rate and recrystallization mechanism is discontinuous dynamicrecrystallization, dynamic recovery takes place at the lower strain rate. The second-phase particles play a very important role inthe process of refinement of the grains.
