在太阳质子事件期间,传输到近地轨道的太阳高能质子通量显著增强, 给飞行器安全带来挑战.由于太阳质子空间分布不均,能量差异极大,使得太阳高能质子的地磁场传输模拟的计算规模巨大.本文借助超级计算机,采取对等模式和主从模式实现了对太阳高能质子轨迹模拟的并行化.两种模式对比显示,主从模式能够有效的维持负载均衡,达到更突出的加速比,而且主从模式下大的计算量和任务粒度对大的处理器规模的性能影响更加显著.

In solar proton events, flux of solar energetic protons increases significantly in low earth orbit, which posts a challenge to space crafts' safety. Due to the wide range of space distributions and energy levels of the protons, computational simulation of solar proton's geomagnetic transmission is in an enormous scale. In this paper, we adopt two strategies, that is, SPMD and master-slave, to parallelize the simulation of solar proton's transmission in super computers. The results show that master-slave mode is able to address load balance effectively and achieve far better speedup. Moreover, large amount of computation and task grain size has more significant influences on large-scale processors under master-slave mode.
