对不同成型方法(包括干压成型、流延成型、凝胶注模成型、注射成型等)得到的氧化铝陶瓷坯体进行激光加工,讨论成型方法对激光加工陶瓷坯体效率的影响.分析不同加工参数下,成型方法对激光加工效果的影响.结果表明:成型方法相同,只改变一种参数,雕刻深度随电流的增大而增大;雕刻速度增大,雕刻深度减小;扫描间隔增大,雕刻深度减小.同样的加工参数下,注射成型的坯体易于加工.

The laser machining of Al_2O_3 ceramic bodies prepared by different forming methods (including dry pressing, tape casting, gel casting and injection molding) was studied in this paper. The relationship between laser machining parameters and green bodies prepared by different forming methods was discussed. The results show that machined depth was increased with the increase of electric current and decreased with the increase of machining speed and scanning gap for the green body prepared by the same forming. Under the same machining parameters, the injection molding ceramic body was machined easily.
