在利用梯度磁场模拟的重力场环境中,用自组装的方法在钛合金表面制备官能团修饰的改性表面.采用接触角测量仪测量各种表面的接触角及表面能,用AFM分析抛光及酸洗表面的粗糙度.接触角测量结果表明,几种表面对3种测试液体的接触角及表面能的变化趋势基本一致;强磁效应使得官能团修饰的钛合金表面接触角降低,表面能提高;磁场强度相等时,重力加速度与接触角呈反比关系,与表面能呈正比关系.

Functional-group-modified surface of titanium alloys was derived by self-assembly method in the high-magnetic gravity field simulated by superconductive magnet. Contact angle and surface energy of the surface were measured and calculated by a contact angle meter, and surface roughness of the polished and eroded samples was analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The contact angle test results show that the developing tendency of contact angle and surface energy of the six test surfaces for the three fluids is basically consistent. The contact angle of the surface chemically modified by -PO_4H_2 functional group is decreased, and its surface energy is higher in the magnet than that out of the magnet due to the high magnetic effect. The acceleration of gravity is inversely proportional to the contact angle, and proportional to the surface energy when magnetic field intensity are equal.
