本实验以煤系高岭土为主要原料制备超细分子筛,并负载过渡金属镍和钴,最终制成镍钴负栽超细复合分子筛光催化剂,用于降解工业废水中的亚甲基蓝.实验中探讨了镍钴负栽复合分子筛在不同的pH值、H_2O_2用量、光源等条件下对亚甲基蓝降解的影响.结果表明,在pH值为9的条件下,用光源为20W紫外线消毒灯照射2h,亚甲基蓝溶液的吸光度明显下降,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到97%以上.

The ultrafine zeolite was prepared from calcined kaolin, and then was loaded the transition metals such as Ni or Co by dipping method. It was used in photocatalytie oxidation degradation of methylene blue (MB) in industry wastewater with two levels of three factors orthogonal experiment. The results demonstrated that photodegradation rate of methylene blue was over 97% under UV-visible light irradiation for two hours in the presence of 1% hydrogen peroxide at pH 9.0.
