The influence of initiation systems,polymerization mechanism and polymerization technology on residual monomer content of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) was studied.By optimization and special process,the PVP K60 products with low residual monomer content below 0.01%that was qualified by the USP 32 were prepared.
