目的探讨上胸椎病变前路不同手术途径及护理措施.方法对60例高位胸椎病变患者选择合理的手术途径,术前进行有针对性的心理护理,协助戒烟及有效的呼吸锻炼,术后加强体位、胸腔引流、呼吸道等护理.结果囚护理措施落实到位,患者均未出现并发症.术后随访6～25个月,患者神经功能均有明显改善.结论应根据胸椎病变的部位、性质、范围及内固定简易可靠来选择相应的手术途径及切除方式,且做好围手术期护理是确保手术成功,使患者平稳恢复的重要环节.

Objective To explore the nursing measures of anterior approach operation for upper lumbar spinal surgery.Methods 60 cases of high thoracic vertebrae pathological changes were treated with reasonable methods such as targeted mental care,assisting to quit smoking,and effective breathing training.Postoperative postural enhancing,chest drainage and respiratory tract treatment were also needed.Results No postoperative complications were found because of reasonable measures conducted,the neural function of patients were obviously improved during the follow-up of 6-25 months.Conclusion The preoperative nursing measures are the key points to make a successful operation and steady recover for patients,reasonable operation and reaction methods should be chosen according to the position,condition,range and easy internal fixation of thoracic vertebrae pathological changes.
