作者测定45例肿瘤患儿的血清,肿瘤组织内锌、钢、铁含量.发现恶性肿瘤组血清锕和铜锌比值高于对照组及良性肿瘤组,肾母细胞瘤血清锌低于对照组及神经母细胞瘤,良性肿瘤组织内锌低于恶性肿瘤组织(P＜0.05).血清铁无明显变化.6例肾母细胞瘤术后血清铜明显降低,铜锌比值也有所下降.因此,说明血清铜及铜锌比值似可作为恶性肿瘤诊断及肾母细胞瘤疗效评价的参考指标之一.

Zinc,copper and iron levels of serum and tumor tissue in 45 cases(malignant 32,benign 13)were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results revealed that the serum copper level(SCL)and Cu/Zn retio of children with malignant tumors were higher than these of the benign and those of the control group.Serum zinc level(SZL)in Wilms'tumor was lower than that in the control,and SZL in neuroblastoma was higherthan in Wilms'turner.Zinc level of the benign tumor tissue was lower than that of the malignant.All the abore datae have a significant statistical difference.Furthermore SCL in children(Wilms'tumor 6),also Cu/Zn ratio,decreased singnificantly after operation,therefore,SCL and Cu/Zn ratio appears to be a helpful parameter in the diagnosis of malignant tumors and therapeutic evaluation of Wilms'tumor.
