本文针对某抗生素厂番茄红素发酵过程控制,提出了基于PLC的自动控制系统的总体设计方案.该方案采用了复合模糊控制及软测量技术等先进控制手段实现了计算机对发酵过程的优化控制.该控制系统在实际运行中具有很好的控制精度和可靠性.

Aim at control system of lycopene fementation of pharmaceutical enterprise, the design plan of the control system based on PLC is put forward.The control system realize the control and data collection of fementation process based on Fuzzy-PI control arithmetic and Soft-Measuring technology.The practical results show that the the control system has good performance in control precision and reliability.
