研究了生物柴油与0~#柴油以不同比例混合后的铜片腐蚀情况,分析了生物柴油的腐蚀原因.结果表明:不同原料制备的生物柴油与不同比例的混合柴油,铜片腐蚀情况略有不同,当以地沟油为原料制备的生物柴油掺入比例超过50%时,其铜片腐蚀不合格;以其它油脂为原料制备的生物柴油以任何比例掺入0~#柴油中,其铜片腐蚀均能满足要求.生物柴油的腐蚀主要是低级脂肪酸腐蚀.
研究瞭生物柴油與0~#柴油以不同比例混閤後的銅片腐蝕情況,分析瞭生物柴油的腐蝕原因.結果錶明:不同原料製備的生物柴油與不同比例的混閤柴油,銅片腐蝕情況略有不同,噹以地溝油為原料製備的生物柴油摻入比例超過50%時,其銅片腐蝕不閤格;以其它油脂為原料製備的生物柴油以任何比例摻入0~#柴油中,其銅片腐蝕均能滿足要求.生物柴油的腐蝕主要是低級脂肪痠腐蝕.

Researches are carried out on the copper stain test of the mixture with different proportion of bio-diesel and 0~# diesel, and the corrosion causes are analyzed. The results show that the corrosion situation of copper is slight different using biodiesel prepared by different raw material and mixed with different proportion of diesel. The corrosion of copper is unqualified using biodiesel prepared by the material of waste oil, whose mixed ratio is more than 50%.The corrosion of copper is qualified using the 0~# diesel mixed with biodiesel prepared by the raw material of other fat. The corrosion of biodiesel is mainly due to lower fatty acid.
