[目的]研究烟台海岸潮间带泥样中放线菌分布规律及抑菌活性.[方法]采用常规分离培养和琼脂块拮抗性测定法.[结果]从烟台海岸潮间带泥样中共分离得到357株放线菌,拮抗细菌的放线菌菌株数比拮抗真菌的多,抗革兰氏阴性细菌的放线菌菌株数较抗革兰氏阳性细菌的多,拮抗青霉的放线菌菌株数多于抗白色假丝酵母的放线菌菌株数;从泥样分离筛选所得的拮抗性放线菌中,中等拮抗性放线菌占多数,而且随着参试靶标菌个数的增加,对靶标菌均有拮抗性的放线菌菌株数却在减少.[结论]为进一步开发利用烟台海岸的海洋放线菌资源奠定了基础.
[目的]研究煙檯海岸潮間帶泥樣中放線菌分佈規律及抑菌活性.[方法]採用常規分離培養和瓊脂塊拮抗性測定法.[結果]從煙檯海岸潮間帶泥樣中共分離得到357株放線菌,拮抗細菌的放線菌菌株數比拮抗真菌的多,抗革蘭氏陰性細菌的放線菌菌株數較抗革蘭氏暘性細菌的多,拮抗青黴的放線菌菌株數多于抗白色假絲酵母的放線菌菌株數;從泥樣分離篩選所得的拮抗性放線菌中,中等拮抗性放線菌佔多數,而且隨著參試靶標菌箇數的增加,對靶標菌均有拮抗性的放線菌菌株數卻在減少.[結論]為進一步開髮利用煙檯海岸的海洋放線菌資源奠定瞭基礎.

[Objective] The distribution and antimicrobial activity of marine actinomycetes from Coast Yantai was studied.[Method] The normal isolating and agar block methods were used to do the experiment.[Result] The results indicated that 357 strains of marine actinomycetes were isolated from various places along Coast Yantai,and there were more antimicrobial Actinomycetes against bacteria than fungi,more antimicrobial Actinomycetes against G-bacteria than G+ bacteria,and more antimicrobial Actinomycetes against Penicillium sp.than Candida albicans.The antimicrobial action of most antimicrobial actinomycetes was midding,and the quantities of broad-spectrum antimicrobial actinomycetes were a few.[Conclusion] These study may provide the basis for further exploration of marine-derived actinomycetes from Coast Yantai.
