目的 调查广州市健康人群的血尿酸水平,建立本地区健康成人血尿酸的参考值.方法 采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶耦联法检测2 451例健康成人血尿酸,其中男性1 313例,女性1 138例.结果 健康男性血尿酸均值为(335.90±66.75)μmol/L,女性血尿酸均值为(244.49±56.33)μmol/L,男性各年龄组尿酸水平明显高于女性(P<0.05).男性的血尿酸水平随年龄的增加差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性的血尿酸水平随年龄的增加呈波段性增加,20~岁年龄组与30~岁年龄组处于较低水平,两年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而40~岁年龄组显著高于40岁以下的各年龄组(P<0.05),但也显著低于50岁以上各年龄组(P<0.05);50岁以上各年龄组血尿酸有逐渐增加的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).本次调查显示,男性与女性中青年及女性老年、老年前期的血尿酸参考值上限依次为469.40、349.85、375.68 μmol/L,参考值下限依次为202.40、127.61、170.44 μmol/L.结论 女性的不同年龄之间存在明显差异,应相应制定不同的尿酸参考范围;同时,各地区的血尿酸的平均水平也不尽相同,有必要建立本地区的参考值.

Objective To investigate seum level of uric acid in healthy adults in Guangzhou City, and eatablish the reference range of serum uric acid in Guangzhou area.Methods Uricase-peroxydase coupling method was adopted to measure serum level of uric acid in 2 451 healthy adults (1 313 males, 1 138 females).Results Mean value (μmol/L) of serum uric acid was significant higher in healthy males than that in healthy females (335.90±66.75 vs 244.49±56.33,P<0.05). The level of serum uric acid in male group kept no chage with increase of age (P>0.05), whereas the level of serum uric acid in female group showed wave banded increase with increase of age: there was no statistical difference between 20- age group and 30- age group, both keeping a lower level; the level of serum uric acid in 40- age group was significant higher than that in <40 year age groups, but obviously lower than that in >50 year age groups (P<0.05); the level of serum uric acid in >50 year age groups had a increasing tendency, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The upper limit of reference range (μmol/L) was 469.40, 349.85 and 375.68 in youngster group, female elder group and female presenium group, respectively; the lower limit was respectively 202.40, 127.61 and 170.44.Conclusion There is difference in level of serum uric acid between male and females, different female age groups. Therefore, it is necessary to establish different reference range of serum uric acid; meanwhile, the reference range in local area should be eatablished because of different mean value in different area.
