目的 建立硅胶管采集离子色谱测定工作场所空气中氨的方法.方法 工作场所空气中氨用硅胶管采样,经甲基磺酸溶液超声解吸10 min后,利用离子色谱法检测.结果 方法线性范围为0.02~1.00 μg/ml,回归方程为(Y)=12 041X-187(r=0.999 7),最低检出浓度0.13 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空气计).采样效率100%,平均解吸效率为99%,相对标准偏差为4.2%~6.3%,穿透容量大于264μg.样品于室温下至少可保存14d.结论 该方法方便实用,灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中氨的测定.

Objective To establish an ion chromatography (IC) method for determination of ammonia in air of workplace.Methods Ammonia in workplace air was collected in silica gel tube,desorbed with 10 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid by ultrasonic for 10 min,determined by IC.Results The linearity range was 0.02~1.00 μg/ml.The linear equation was (Y)=12 041X-187 (r=0.999 7).The limit of quantification was 0.13 mg/m3 (the air volume was 1.5 L).Collection efficiency was 100%.Extraction efficiency was 99%.The relative standard deviation was 4.2%~6.3%.The penetration capacity was more than 264 μg.Sample could be stored for 14 days at least by ambient storage.Conclusion This method is convenient,applicable and sensitive,suitable to determinate ammonia in air of workplace.
