Wnt信号传导通路在胚胎发育和中枢神经系统形成中起关键作用,调控细胞的生长、迁移和分化.它主要由经典Wnt/β-连接蛋白信号途径和非经典的Wnt信号途径组成.近年来的研究发现,它是一条与肿瘤有密切关系的信号转导通路,其在肺癌发生、发展中所起的重要作用也逐渐被揭示.

Wnt single transduction pathway plays a key role in fetal development and central nervous system formation, and regulates cell growth,migration and differentiation. It mainly consist of the classical Wnt βcatenin pathway and the non classical pathway. Recent researches reveal that the Wnt pathway is associated with cancer, and its important role in lung cancer genesis and development has been revealed gradually.
