研究对比了芦苇自催化乙醇法制浆与H_2O_2辅助乙醇法制浆的木素脱除规律.结果表明,乙醇法制浆加入H_2O_2后可以加速乙醇水溶液的脱木索效率.采用扫描电子显微镜-X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDXA)测试不同蒸煮情况下纤维细胞壁中锰离子峰度发现,H_2O_2辅助乙醇法制浆的木素脱除速率较自催化乙醇法制浆快;自催化乙醇法制浆与H_2O_2辅助乙醇法制浆的细胞壁木索脱除速率规律一致:ML+P>S_1>S_2>S_3;当保温时间大于30min时,ML+P层木素脱除速率远大于其他各层.
研究對比瞭蘆葦自催化乙醇法製漿與H_2O_2輔助乙醇法製漿的木素脫除規律.結果錶明,乙醇法製漿加入H_2O_2後可以加速乙醇水溶液的脫木索效率.採用掃描電子顯微鏡-X射線能譜儀(SEM-EDXA)測試不同蒸煮情況下纖維細胞壁中錳離子峰度髮現,H_2O_2輔助乙醇法製漿的木素脫除速率較自催化乙醇法製漿快;自催化乙醇法製漿與H_2O_2輔助乙醇法製漿的細胞壁木索脫除速率規律一緻:ML+P>S_1>S_2>S_3;噹保溫時間大于30min時,ML+P層木素脫除速率遠大于其他各層.

The delignification regularity of auto-catalytic ethanol-water pulping and H_2O_2-ethanol-water pulping of reed were studied and compared in this paper. The results showed that adding H_2O_2 into ethanol-water solution can accelerate the delignification rate,and the research of distribution of lignin in the cell wall by using SEM-EDXA indicated that in ethanol-water pulping process, the sequence of lignin removal rate follows the order of Middle Lamella + Primary wall > S_1 layer of secondary wall > S_2 layer of secondary wall > S_3 layer of secondary wall.When the time keeping at the maximum temperature is over 30 min, the delignification rate depresses obviously except that in the ML + P.
