Plant methanol extracts%B. brassicae%F. tsiangii%F. sarmentosa var. henryi%M. stolonifera
[目的]筛选我国西南地区具有杀蚜活性的植物.[方法]以萝卜蚜虫作为供试靶标昆虫,采用浸叶法测定蛇足石杉、岩木瓜及珍珠莲等36种植物甲醇提取物对蚜虫的杀虫活性.[结果]36种植物甲醇提取物5 g/L浓度处理蚜虫12 和24 h后,岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔3种植物甲醇提取物校正死亡率均大于60%.岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔甲醇提取物对蚜虫24 h的LC_(50LC50值分别为1.26、1.48和2.38 g/L,表现出较强的毒力.[结论]岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔甲醇提取物的杀虫活性成分值得深入研究.
[目的]篩選我國西南地區具有殺蚜活性的植物.[方法]以蘿蔔蚜蟲作為供試靶標昆蟲,採用浸葉法測定蛇足石杉、巖木瓜及珍珠蓮等36種植物甲醇提取物對蚜蟲的殺蟲活性.[結果]36種植物甲醇提取物5 g/L濃度處理蚜蟲12 和24 h後,巖木瓜、珍珠蓮和光葉鐵仔3種植物甲醇提取物校正死亡率均大于60%.巖木瓜、珍珠蓮和光葉鐵仔甲醇提取物對蚜蟲24 h的LC_(50LC50值分彆為1.26、1.48和2.38 g/L,錶現齣較彊的毒力.[結論]巖木瓜、珍珠蓮和光葉鐵仔甲醇提取物的殺蟲活性成分值得深入研究.

[Objective] The main aim was to screen insecticidal plants in southwest of China. [Method] The insecticidal activities of 36 species plants methanol extracts against Brevicoryne brassicae, including Huperzia serrata, Ficus tsiangii, Ficus sarmentosa var. henryi and so on, were assayed. [Result]The corrected mortality rates of 3 species plants methanol extracts with 5 g/L concentration against B. brassicae, including F. tsiangii, F. sarmentosa var. henryi, Myrsine stolonifera, were over 60% at 12 h and 24 h after treatment. The toxicity of 3 species plants methanol extracts against B. brassicae was also studied and LC_(50) values of them were 1.26, 1.48 and 2.38 g/L, respectively. [Conclusion] The insecticidal active ingredients of 3 species plants would be worth studying.
