Rhizaoma coptidis from Shizhu,Lichuan and Yalin are national products of geographical indication.This article described their protection scope of geographical indications,the requirements of quality,the use of the special signs.Some suggestions were proposed to protect and develop the national products of geographical indication in rhizaoma coptidis from Shizhu,Lichuan and Yalin.
