目的 对课题组近年探索虚寒证-基因组的研究进行概述,展示预选的代谢类基因功能模块.方法 在万人流行病学调查与典型虚寒证患者筛选的背景中,通过病证结合、普查辨证、家系分析、温针反证、温肾反证、动物实验等6种研究角度作基因表达谱芯片实验,并对结果进行分析.结果 虚寒证的差异表达基因较为集中地出现于代谢与免疫两类基因,对这一趋势初步总结出虚寒证的代谢类候选基因,即LPL脂蛋白脂肪酶1等35条基因.结论 虚寒证的发生涉及多种基因的异常表达,候选基因只是极其有限的第一步探索,对预选的代谢类基因功能模块的深入研究将有助于揭示寒证的本质.

목적 대과제조근년탐색허한증-기인조적연구진행개술,전시예선적대사류기인공능모괴.방법 재만인류행병학조사여전형허한증환자사선적배경중,통과병증결합、보사변증、가계분석、온침반증、온신반증、동물실험등6충연구각도작기인표체보심편실험,병대결과진행분석.결과 허한증적차이표체기인교위집중지출현우대사여면역량류기인,대저일추세초보총결출허한증적대사류후선기인,즉LPL지단백지방매1등35조기인.결론 허한증적발생섭급다충기인적이상표체,후선기인지시겁기유한적제일보탐색,대예선적대사류기인공능모괴적심입연구장유조우게시한증적본질.
Objective To summarize the latest development and achievement in genomes on asthenia cold syndrome,and demonstrate the metabolic gene function module preelected from asthenia cold syndrome-genome.Methods A large-scale epidemic disease investigation involved 10,000 persons were carried out.By utilizing cDNA microarray and other modern techniques,the asthenia cold syndrome was studied from six aspects.Results Results of cDNA microarray experiments demonstrated that the differentially expressed genes of asthenia cold syndrome,two classes of genes were most frequently appeared,they were immune and metabolic genes.The first group of candidate metabolic genes for asthenia cold syndrome were preelected,among which 35 genes belonged to metabolism (such as LPL lipoprotein lipase 1).Conclusion Asthenia cold syndrome involves the abnormal expression of multiple genes,to preelect genes is only the first step in exploring its essence,but further study about the preelected metabolic gene function modules will be helpful to reveal the nature of cold syndrome.
