以四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)为催化剂,采用溶液聚合工艺对HDI单体进行三聚反应,应用气相色谱测定样品游离HDI单体含量,通过数据及图谱分析,研究反应动力学规律,得出反应动力学曲线,确定了反应过程中两个主要阶段均为一级反应,动力学方程分别为γ_1=5.08×10~(-2)c[HDI],γ_2=1.07×10~(-2)c[HDI].

HDI monomer trimerization reaction with tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) as catalyst, was carried out by solution polymerization process. The free HDI monomer content of the sample were determined by gas chromatography. The data and spectrum were analyzed to study the reaction kinetics and obtain reaction kinetics curves. Two major stages in reaction process were both confirmed the first order reaction. The reaction kinetic equations γ_1 = 5.08 × 10~(-2)c [HDI], γ_2 = 1.07 × 10~(-2)c[HDI] respectively.
