采用冷冻干燥法制备海藻酸钙多孔膜,考察海藻酸钠的浓度和交联时间对多孔膜的形貌和吸水性能的影响.结果表明:冷冻干燥法制备的海藻酸钙多孔膜具有贯通、开放的多孔结构.在试验范围内,质量百分比浓度为2%的海藻酸钠经质量百分比浓度5%的氯化钙交联10 min得到的多孔膜孔结构最为理想,对蒸馏水的吸水率高达1 123%.
採用冷凍榦燥法製備海藻痠鈣多孔膜,攷察海藻痠鈉的濃度和交聯時間對多孔膜的形貌和吸水性能的影響.結果錶明:冷凍榦燥法製備的海藻痠鈣多孔膜具有貫通、開放的多孔結構.在試驗範圍內,質量百分比濃度為2%的海藻痠鈉經質量百分比濃度5%的氯化鈣交聯10 min得到的多孔膜孔結構最為理想,對蒸餾水的吸水率高達1 123%.

The porous films of Ca-alginate were produced by freeze-drying method successfully.Different parameters,such as Na-alginate concentrations and cross-linked time were studied.The pore size and micromorphology were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The water absorbency were explored to confirm the applicability of the porous films as a wound dressing material.Results show that the optimum film is formed when 2% Na-alginate cross-linked for 10min by 5% Calcium.The film possesses uniformly interconnected pore structure and its absorbency up to 1 123% for distilled water.
