探讨优选超声波法提取草珊瑚反丁烯二酸的最佳工艺;以提取草珊瑚反丁烯二酸与KMnO4定量的生成CO2计算草珊瑚反丁烯二酸提取率为考察指标,通过正交实验研究4个因素对提取效果的影响。经过正交实验得到从草珊瑚中提取反丁烯二酸的最佳工艺为:以75%的乙醇为提取剂,料液比为1∶30,超声作用时间100 min,超声提取温度60℃。该实验确定的最佳提取工艺简便易行,提取率高。

We optimized the best ultrasonic process of extracting fumaric acid.The research calculates the extraction rate of fumaric acid in Sarcandra glabra based on the CO2 level producing by fumaric acid of Sarcandra glabra and potassium permanganate quantitatively as observe index.The extracting effect caused by 4 factors have been researched through orthogonal experimental design.The best processes of extracting fumaric acid from Sarcandra glabra were optimized through orthogonal experimental design: The method of extracting fumaric acid is using alcohol in concentration of 75%,rate of material to solvent is 1:30,the best time in ultrasonic extraction process is 100 minutes,and the best temperature in ultrasonic extraction is 60 ℃.The optimum extracting technology confirmed by the experiment is easy to operate and has high extraction rate.
