运动相关蛋白-1(MRP-1)是跨膜4超家族成员之一,目前研究初步表明,MRP-1主要通过调节信号传导通路影响和调节细胞的增殖、运动和分化.MRP-1在大部分实体瘤中表达减少或缺失,其低表达与肿瘤浸润、转移相关.对MRP-1的检测为肿瘤早期诊治、预后分析提供新的思路、靶点和依据.

Motility-related protein-1(MRP-1) is a member of transmembranc 4 superfamily (TM4SF).Its expression level is closely related with the clinico-pathologic and prognostic parameters.Recent studies show that MRP-1 affects the proliferation, mobility and differentiation of tumor cells by regulating the signal transduc-tion pathway.It expression is suppressed or absent in most solid tumors,and it' s low expression is related with tumor invasion and metastasis.Detecting MRP-1 expression offers us new ideas, targets and evidence for early diagnosis and treatment, and prognostic analysis of malignancies.
