目的 了解医务人员健康体检现状及高发疾病,指导医务人员积极采取预防保健措施.方法 对比分析医务人员不同年度的健康体检资料.结果 女性乳腺增生及子宫附件异常两年检出率均占首位,其次为血脂异常.腹部B超检查中,两年来脂肪肝发病率均最高.结论 医务人员应提高代谢综合征的防治意识,坚持定期体检.

Objective To investigate the characteristic of actuality of health physical examination in medical workers and major diseases in order to direct them actively to take health prevention actions.Methods The health examination of the medical workers in different years were compared and analyzed.Results The hyperplasia of galactophore and abnormity of u-terus and accessories showed the highest morbidity in the two yeaes.High blood cholesterol also showed secondly.Among the detected diseases by B-ultrasonography，fatty liver had the highest incidence.Conclusions Medical workers should improve their awareness of latent risk and prevention to metabolic syndrome and progress the regular physical examination.
