DCVD Color Doppler echocardiography Clinic features
目的 探讨老年退行性瓣膜病(DCVD)多项指标特点,提高对本病的认识.方法 回顾分析2006~2007年428例60岁以上老年人的彩色多谱勒超声心动图(UCG)及临床资料.结果 DVCD检出率34.6%,并随年龄增长而升高,各年龄段间检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同一年龄段性别差异不明显(P>0.05),瓣膜损害以主动脉辩钙化及关闭不全为多见,可合并房室腔扩大、心律失常及心功能不全.DCVD合并冠心病+高血压病者,明显多于合并冠心病或高血压病或糖尿病或肺心病者.结论 DVCD临床表现缺乏特异性,与冠心病、高血压病关系密切,UCG可作为常规检查手段.
目的 探討老年退行性瓣膜病(DCVD)多項指標特點,提高對本病的認識.方法 迴顧分析2006~2007年428例60歲以上老年人的綵色多譜勒超聲心動圖(UCG)及臨床資料.結果 DVCD檢齣率34.6%,併隨年齡增長而升高,各年齡段間檢齣率差異有統計學意義(P<0.05).同一年齡段性彆差異不明顯(P>0.05),瓣膜損害以主動脈辯鈣化及關閉不全為多見,可閤併房室腔擴大、心律失常及心功能不全.DCVD閤併冠心病+高血壓病者,明顯多于閤併冠心病或高血壓病或糖尿病或肺心病者.結論 DVCD臨床錶現缺乏特異性,與冠心病、高血壓病關繫密切,UCG可作為常規檢查手段.
목적 탐토노년퇴행성판막병(DCVD)다항지표특점,제고대본병적인식.방법 회고분석2006~2007년428례60세이상노년인적채색다보륵초성심동도(UCG)급림상자료.결과 DVCD검출솔34.6%,병수년령증장이승고,각년령단간검출솔차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).동일년령단성별차이불명현(P>0.05),판막손해이주동맥변개화급관폐불전위다견,가합병방실강확대、심률실상급심공능불전.DCVD합병관심병+고혈압병자,명현다우합병관심병혹고혈압병혹당뇨병혹폐심병자.결론 DVCD림상표현결핍특이성,여관심병、고혈압병관계밀절,UCG가작위상규검사수단.
Objective To discuss the multiple indexes of degenerative calcific valvular disease (DCVD) in the elderly,and enhance the knowledgement of this disease. Methods In this retrospective analysis, data from 428 cases (over 60 years old) were examined by Color Doppler echocardiography. Results The incidence of DCVD was 34.6%, with the growth of the age,it goes up(P<0.05),but no significant difference between male and female (P>0.05). The common valvular lesions were calcificatlon,regurgitation of aortic valve, and The enlargement of the atrium and ventricle,ar-rhythmia and heart failure may also be shown.. DCVD with hypertension and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were much more than those with only coronary atherosclerotic heart disease or hypertension or diabetes mellitus or cor pulmonale heart disease. Conclusion DCVD lacks of distinctive clinical characters,has a close connection with hyterension and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Color Doppler echocardiography is a common method.
