A new Speculative Concurrency Control Protoeol(NSCC) for real-time database is proposed.The protocol is based on the traditional SCC.Mang restartings are advoided,and the concurrency of transaction is enhanced.Finally,using theory of Petri net,it proves that the protocol is feasible and effective.
