对琉璃河水泥厂2500t/d新型干法水泥生产线余热发电前后进行了两次热工检测,从实际测定和理论上客观地分析了余热发电建设对水泥生产的影响,为新型干法水泥生产线如何在保证熟料烧成系统稳定运行的情况下,充分利用烧成系统产生的废气余热来进行余热发电提供了很好的参考依据.

Twice thermal condition calibrations were carried out on Liulihe 2500t/d NSP production line before and after the waste heat power generation. The effect of waste heat generation on cement production was analyzed both from practical testing and theory. A good reference is made by fully using waste heat to produce power on the basis of stable operation of burning system.
