[目的]明确黄粉虫触角感器的种类、形态、分布以及功能,为黄粉虫规模化生产、规模杂交制种提供理论依据.[方法]利用扫描电镜对黄粉虫黄色、黑色2种类型成虫的触角形态和感器进行观察.[结果]通过电镜观察,在黄粉虫的触角上共发现了11类感器,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、锥形乳头状感器、柱形感器、腔锥形感器、盾形感器、耳形感器、芽形感器、乳头状感器、棒形感器.其中黄粉虫黄色型、黑色型触角感器类型不同.雌、雄个体之间触角感器的类型、分布不同.不同感器在触角各节上的数量、长度与分布不同.[结论]黄粉虫黄色型和黑色型2种色型之间,雌和雄个体之间每种感受器的分布有明显差异.

[Objective] The research aimed to determine the category, morphology, distribution and function of Tenebrio molitor antenna sensilla and provide theoretical basis for scale production and hybrid seed production of T. molitor. [Method] The antenna morphology and sensilla of yellow and black adult T. molitor were observed by scanning electron microscope. [Result] Through electron microscope observation, there were altogether 11 categories of sensilla discovered on the antennae of T. molitor, they were respectively sensilla trichodea, sensilla cheatica, sensilla basiconic, sensilla basiconic capitate, sensilla cylindric, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla scutellatum, sensilla cavitata-peg, sensilla gemmiformiu, sensilla mastoid and sensilla rod-like. Among them, the antenna sensilla types of the yellow and black T. molitor were different, and the sensilla type and distribution were different between the female and male individual. Moreover, the numbers, lengths and distributions of different sensilla on various segments of antenna were different. [Conclusion] There was significant difference on the distribution of each sensilla between yellow T. molitor and black T. molitor and that between the female and male individual.
