研究了声幅变密度测井仪(CBL-VDL)、声波测井仪(MAK-Ⅱ)、伽马密度厚度测井仪(SGDT)等3种测井仪器对常规密度水泥和低密度水泥在固井水泥不同充填状况下(从未充填到完全充填)的测井响应,重点分析了第Ⅰ界面水泥胶结质量评价参数、水泥充填指数与水泥充填状况的关系.给出了修正的不同水泥密度、不同充填状况下这3种测井仪器固井质量的评价标准.CBL-VDL仪器测井第Ⅰ界面定量评价方法中,胶结比法受固井水泥影响小,推荐作为精细解释的主要方法;声幅相对值法、声波衰减率法可作为现场快速解释方法使用.MAK Ⅱ仪器对第Ⅰ界面定量评价利用声波衰减率αk方法,因不同密度水泥的影响因素需采用不同的评价标准.SGDT定量评价标准用计算水泥充填率的定量计算公式描述单层套管井固井质量的水泥充填状况的方法受固井水泥影响因素小,提高了定性解释的可操作性.这些标准可用于实际的固井质量评价的测井资料解释中.

Mainly studied are logging responses of CBL-VDL, MAK-Ⅱ, SGDT logging tools in the conventional density cement and the low density cement under the different cement filling conditions (from no filling to completely filling) . Mainly analyzed are relations of Ⅰ contact surface cement bond parameter, cement filling index and cement filling condition. Given and revised are cementing evaluation standards for the above 3 logging instruments under the different cement densities and different filling conditions. In the Ⅰ boundary quantative evaluation of CBL-VDL logging, cement has a little influence on bonding ratio method, which may be used as fine log data interpretations. Acoustic amplitude attenuation method and relative acoustic amplitude method may be used as field quick data interpretations. In the Ⅰ boundary quantitative evaluation of MAK-Ⅱ logging, the acoustic amplitude attenuation method (αk) is used; different density cements influences should not be ignored, and different evaluations should be used. In SGDT logging, quantitative calculation method for cement filling rate is lightly affected by cements, so it is used to describe the cement fillings in single casing wells. The analysed result has been used in the actual cementing evaluation standard.
