[目的]研究蚯蚓提取液对老龄小鼠胸腺、脾脏组织结构的改善作用.[方法]健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分3组,分别为对照组A、衰老模型组B、用药组C,每组10只.B、C组腹腔注射D-半乳糖50 mg/(kg·d),连续8周,建立衰老模型组;第5周始C组灌胃蚯蚓提取液50 mg/(kg·d),连续4周.试验结束对小鼠进行颈椎脱臼处死,应用分析天平称量小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,并对胸腺、脾脏进行常规石蜡切片.观察3组小鼠间胸腺、脾脏组织结构的差异.[结果]蚯蚓提取液提高了C组小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数,组织切片观察显示,C组小鼠胸腺皮质/髓质比例增高.[结论]蚯蚓提取液具延缓小鼠胸腺、脾脏组织结构衰老的作用.

[목적]연구구인제취액대노령소서흉선、비장조직결구적개선작용.[방법]건강웅성곤명소서수궤분3조,분별위대조조A、쇠로모형조B、용약조C,매조10지.B、C조복강주사D-반유당50 mg/(kg·d),련속8주,건립쇠로모형조;제5주시C조관위구인제취액50 mg/(kg·d),련속4주.시험결속대소서진행경추탈구처사,응용분석천평칭량소서흉선、비장중량,병대흉선、비장진행상규석사절편.관찰3조소서간흉선、비장조직결구적차이.[결과]구인제취액제고료C조소서흉선지수화비지수,조직절편관찰현시,C조소서흉선피질/수질비례증고.[결론]구인제취액구연완소서흉선、비장조직결구쇠로적작용.
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of earthworm extract on thymus, spleen organizational structure in old age mice. [Method] Healthy male Kunming mice were randomly assigned to control group A, age model group B, therapy group C, each of ten, n=10. B,C groups by ip. injection of D-galactose(50 mg/kg·d). A group by ip. injection of saline for 4 weeks. C group were administered gavage earthworm extract, A and B groups were administered gavage distilled water for 4 weeks. At the end of treatment, the animals were killed. The thymus, spleen tissue were cut into sections which were stained with hematoxylin and eosin(HE) for histopathological examination.[Result]Earthworm extract improved thymus and spleen indexes in C group mice. The observation showed that the ratio between thymic cortex and medulla was increased. [Conclusion]The earthworm extract have significant effects on delay of mice thymus, spleen organizational structure aging.
