对填充型环氧涂层钢绞线锚固单元的锚固过程和锚固机理进行分析,利用ANsYs软件进行有限元建模和分析.分析结果显示,夹片外锥角为11°~13°,夹片内丝牙螺距为1.5~2 mm,齿高为0.7~0.9 mm,牙型角为60°~70°,夹片锥角比锚板孔锥角大10'~20'时,不出现切口效应,锚固效率系数大于95%.通过静载试验和疲劳试验验证其锚固性能,试验结果表明,在填充型环氧涂层钢绞线施工过程的低应力和使用过程中的高应力状态下,该锚具均具有可靠的锚固性能.

The anchoring process and anchorage mechanism of filled epoxy-coated strand (FECS) was analyzed. Finite element modeling and analysis of anchorage of FECS was conducted with ANSYS software. The analytic result shows that cut effect does not appear and anchoring efficiency exceeds 95% while cone angle of wedge is about 11°~13° thread pitch of wedge is about 1.5~2 mm, thread height is about 0.7~0.9 mm, thread angle is about 60°~70° and cone angle of wedge is 10'~20'wider than that of anchor hole. After that, static load test and fatigue test were performed to verify the anchorage performance. The test results show that this anchorage have reliable anchorage performance in both low stress condition during construction and high stress condition during usage.
