The analytical calculations of Feynman diagram amplitude are the problems that are always encountered in High Energy Physics; the evaluation of trace operation is a complex problem to theoretical physicists. The problem is more complex either with more Feynman diagrams or number of γ matrixes over 6. In this paper, FeynCalc tools were introduced which have been developed in recent years of high-energy physics. The work environment of FeynCalc and its operation method were presented here. Then a practical process of γγ→e^+e^- trace operation is evaluated based on FeynCalc, the analytical output is consistent with the manual derivation.
