目的 探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在卵巢癌组织中的表达意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法对55例上皮性卵巢癌组织、21例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中EMMPRIN 、MMP-9的表达情况,分析卵巢癌组织及良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中EMMPRIN、MMP-9阳性表达率,其与临床病理指征的关系。结果 卵巢上皮性癌组织中EMMPRIN及MMP-9阳性表达率[89.1% (49/55),96.4% (53/55)]高于卵巢良性肿瘤[14.3% (3/21),23.8% (5/21),x2 =40.64,45.84,P<0.01]。上皮性卵巢癌组织中EMMPRIN与MMP9阳性表达呈正相关(rs=0.5535,P<0.01)。结论EMMPRIN 、MMP-9在肿瘤细胞及基质细胞中阳性表达率高,二者参与了卵巢癌的发生、发展,并有促进卵巢癌的浸润和转移作用。

목적 탐토세포외기질금속단백매유도인자(EMMPRIN)급기질금속단백매9(MMP-9)재란소암조직중적표체의의。방법응용면역조화SP법대55례상피성란소암조직、21례량성상피성란소종류조직중EMMPRIN 、MMP-9적표체정황,분석란소암조직급량성상피성란소종류조직중EMMPRIN、MMP-9양성표체솔,기여림상병리지정적관계。결과 란소상피성암조직중EMMPRIN급MMP-9양성표체솔[89.1% (49/55),96.4% (53/55)]고우란소량성종류[14.3% (3/21),23.8% (5/21),x2 =40.64,45.84,P<0.01]。상피성란소암조직중EMMPRIN여MMP9양성표체정정상관(rs=0.5535,P<0.01)。결론EMMPRIN 、MMP-9재종류세포급기질세포중양성표체솔고,이자삼여료란소암적발생、발전,병유촉진란소암적침윤화전이작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and the relationship of invasion and metastasis in ovarian carcinoma.Methods The expression of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 was detected in 55 malignant and 21 benign ovarian neoplasms by immunohistochemical Sp method.Results The expression rate of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in malignant, benign epithelial ovarian tumors was 89.1%, 14.3% and 96.4%, 23.8%, respectively.There were significance different between malignant tumors and benign tumors.In ovarian cancer, the expression of EMMPRIN in tumor cells had a significant relevance to clinical phases and pathology types, while the expression of EMMPRIN in stromal ceils was associated with clinical phases, pathology types and pathological grades.The expression of MMP-9 in tumor cells had a significant relevance to clinical phases and pathology types while the expression of MMP-9 in stromal cells was associated with clinical phases, pathology types and ascites.Conclusions EMMPRIN and MMP-9 were detected not only in tumor cells, but also in stoma cells.High expression of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer, and their synergistic effect may act as an important factor in promoting the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
