通过对摆线方程的深入研究,提出了一种利用摆线逼近直线的方法,并通过分析摆线各个参数对其形状的影响以及摆线逼近直线的逼近误差,确定了符合要求的摆线参数.利用这种方法可以高效地在圆柱端面加工槽类零件.最后通过一个在直径φ20的回转体零件的端面上加工宽度为10 mm的直槽,分析其理论逼近误差达到了0.002 mm,并经过实切加工,证明了利用这种方法加工多边形零件的可行性.
通過對襬線方程的深入研究,提齣瞭一種利用襬線逼近直線的方法,併通過分析襬線各箇參數對其形狀的影響以及襬線逼近直線的逼近誤差,確定瞭符閤要求的襬線參數.利用這種方法可以高效地在圓柱耑麵加工槽類零件.最後通過一箇在直徑φ20的迴轉體零件的耑麵上加工寬度為10 mm的直槽,分析其理論逼近誤差達到瞭0.002 mm,併經過實切加工,證明瞭利用這種方法加工多邊形零件的可行性.

A method of cycloid-approached beeline is presented under the research on cycloid equation, and the reasonable parameters of cycloid are also fixed by analyzing influence of cycloid parameters on its form and approaching errors of cycloid-approached beeline. The slots which are on the end-face of an cylinder-part can be efficiently machined by this method. At the end of this paper, academic approaching errors of cycloid-approached beeline is 0.002 mum by analyzing machining results of a 10 mum-wide straight slot which attachs to the end-face of a cylinder-part whose diameter is 20 mm. It has been proved that using this method to machine polygon-parts is possible by practical machining such parts.
