在从天然产物筛选抗炎物质的过程中,应用有机溶媒萃取、浓缩及层析分离纯化后,从金叶子中得到三个化合物:槲皮素(1)、番石榴苷(2)、栎素(3).化合物2为首次从此植物中分离鉴定,化合物1显示了强烈的抑制mPGES-1基因表达的活性,其IC50值为35.40μg/mL.
在從天然產物篩選抗炎物質的過程中,應用有機溶媒萃取、濃縮及層析分離純化後,從金葉子中得到三箇化閤物:槲皮素(1)、番石榴苷(2)、櫟素(3).化閤物2為首次從此植物中分離鑒定,化閤物1顯示瞭彊烈的抑製mPGES-1基因錶達的活性,其IC50值為35.40μg/mL.

In the course of searching for anti-inflammatory agents from natural products,three known compounds were i-selated from the ethanol extract of the leaves of Craibiodendron yunnanense W. W. Smith and identified as quercetin (1) ,quercetin 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (guaijaverin,2), quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyrancside (quercitrin,3). Com-pound 2 was isolated for the first time from this plant. Among these compounds,compound 1 showed significant bioactivi-ty against mPGES-1 expression with IC50 value of 35.40μg/mL.
