为了可靠、高速地在管理网与控制网之间交换数据,我们采用OPC技术,使用VB编程,完成了管理网服务器与控制系统的WINCC的通讯,并将数据存入SQL数据库提供给管理网客户端.此方法简单有效,改造后大大提高了通讯速度.由此可见采用OPC技术的控制系统软件可以使系统应用软件之间灵活地进行信息交换,极大地提高了控制系统的适应性.

For reliable,high speed exchanges the data between the management network and the control network, the OPC technology and the VB programming were used to accomplish the communication between the management network server and the WINCC in the control system, and stored the data into SQL database to provide for the management network client. This method is simple and effective, improved the communication speed greatly. This shows that the control system software used the OPC technology can make the exchange of information between the system application software freely, enhance the control system's flexibility enormously.
