目的 依据个体化舌侧矫治器的设计特点,建立含有牙、牙周膜、牙槽骨和矫治系统的整体三维有限元模型,分析舌侧矫治器滑动法关闭拔牙间隙阶段的矫治力学机制.方法在三维有限元模型上,模拟临床中舌侧矫治单纯腭侧加力(0.75 N、1.00 N、1.50 N)滑动法关闭拔牙间隙,在ANSYS11.0软件中分别选择牙列单元模型,读取加载结果,观察不同加载力值水平下,牙齿三维方向的移动趋势.结果建立了含有38个实体及372 225个节点,256 739个单元的三维有限元模型.随腭侧加载力值增大,牙列出现了以第一磨牙宽度增加、第二磨牙内翻扭转为主的水平向“拱形效应”,及以前牙舌倾下垂、第一磨牙远中下垂及第二磨牙整体下垂为主要特征的垂直向“拱形效应”.结论个体化舌侧矫治系统单纯腭侧加力滑动法关闭拔牙间隙时,牙列会产生垂直向和水平向的“拱形效应”,临床治疗中需要采取相应措施予以防止.

Objective To construct an entire 3D finite element model including dentition,periodontal ligament,alveolar bone and the lingual appliance,according to the design principles of the customized lingual system.The biomechanical properties for sliding mechanics of the space closure stage were analyzed.Methods Using the 3D FE model,the teeth movement tendency in three dimensions were analyzed in different loading conditions(0.75 N,1.00 N,1.50 N ).Results The 3D finite element model including 38 volume models,372 225 nodes and 256 739 elements was constructed.Horizontal and vertical “bowing effect” with some unexpected tooth movement could be found during an increasing loading.Conclusions Both horizontal and vertical “bowing effect” appeared in the dental arch when using a single palatal force sliding mechanics in the customized lingual appliance.Therefore,clinicians should take some corresponding measures to counteract those side effects.
