合成了磺酸盐不饱和聚酯树脂及其油包水型微乳液,研究了芳叔胺对其固化性能的影响。结果表明,三种芳叔胺的促进活性顺序为N-甲基-N-羟乙基对甲基苯胺(MHPT)>N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺(DMPT)>N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA);UPR侧链上的磺酸盐基团对芳叔胺的活性顺序没有影响;水和醇的存在对MHPT的活性影响较大,不宜用作固化的促进剂。

Unsaturated polyester resin of sulfosalt and its oil-water microemulsion were synthesized,and the effects of tertiary aromatic aniline on curing were studied.The results showed the curing order of N-methyl-N-hydroxyethyl-p-toluidine (MHPT)>N,N-dimethyl-P-toluidine (DMPT)>N,N-dimethylaniline (DMA);the sulfosalt group on the side chain of UPR had no effect on the curing order of tertiary aromatic aniline;the curing rate of MHPT was affected obviously by the pressure of alcohol or water,it would be not suited for using as curing promotor.
