利用拜耳法赤泥作为矿物增稠材料进行砂浆试验研究,测试拜耳法赤泥的活性并分析其掺量对砂浆拌合物基本性能和砂浆强度的影响.试验结果表明:在细度(0.08 mm筛筛余)﹥2%(质量分数)时,影响拜耳法赤泥活性发挥的主要因素是细度指标;随着赤泥掺量的增加,砂浆拌合物的和易性能得到提高,在掺量为50%(质量分数)时与其稠度相近的水泥砂浆相比,其分层度从29 mm降低至23 mm,泌水率从13%降低至1%,凝结时间延长约1 h,但仍能满足M7.5的砌筑砂浆基本性能和强度要求;采用1.2的超量系数,砂浆的和易性能和力学性能有显著提高.

This study focuses on the Bayer red-mud as the mineral thickening material used to compound mortar. The activity of the Bayer red-mud was tested, and the influence of its content on the basic performance and the strength of mortar was analyzed. The results showed that the main factor affecting the activity of Bayer red-mud was fineness index when the fineness (80 μm sieve residue) was above 2%. With the increase of the content of red-mud, the workability of mortar mixture was improved. When the content up to 50%, compared with cement mortar with similar consistency, its segregation degree and bleeding rate were down to 23 mm and 1% from 29 mm and 13% respectively, and the setting time was prolonged by about 1 hour, but the requirements on the basic performance and the strength were still satisfied for M7. 5 masonry mortar. And with the excess coefficient of 1. 2, the workability and mechanical properties of mortar were significantly improved.
