采用混凝土模拟孔隙液和各种钢筋不同连接组合,模拟了钢筋在混凝土结构内部钝化、活化、腐蚀等多个阶段的电池腐蚀行为.根据参比电极扫描采集的电极电位数值曲线,分析了各种钢筋及其不同连接方法对其宏电池腐蚀的影响,并从混凝土结构耐久性的角度对各种钢筋连接方式的优缺点进行了评价.结果表明:在有电连接的钢筋骨架中宜使用同种钢筋(化学成分相同);现阶段应该优先选用同厂家生产的HRB400钢筋;受条件限制而必须采用不同钢筋时,宜采用绝缘连接方式.

With simulated concrete pore solutions and various steel bars with different connection combina-tions,many electrochemical processes of steel bars inside concrete structures including passivation,activa-tion and corrosion was demonstrated.The effects of different steel bars and their various methods of con-nection on macrocell corrosion were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of connection methods of steel bar were evaluated in terms of concrete structure durability.It is shown by experiment that identi-cal steel bars(in the same chemical components)should be used in electrical connection reinforcement cage,preferably HRB400 steel bar manufactured by one particular factory currently.However,when different types of steel bars are required due to any constraint,insulation connecting technology should be used.
