针对本侧为电子式互感器、对侧为常规互感器的非对称式光纤差动保护,概述光纤差动保护的配置以及采样值同步问题,介绍目前智能变电站中非对称式光纤差动保护的同步方案。结合500kV常熟南智能变电站集成测试项目,针对220kV线路非对称式光纤差动保护同步性搭建了测试系统,提出了两侧电流采样同步性测试方法,并分析了差流产生原因。测试结果表明,非对称式光纤差动保护两侧采样环节,经通道延时补偿后能较好地进行同步性配合,满足工程运行要求。

For asymmetric optical fiber differential protection(AOFDP) with electronic transformer in one side and traditional transformer in the other side,configuration of optical fiber differential protection(OFDP) and sampling synchronization involved are overviewed briefly.The current synchronization solutions of OFDP in smart substation are then summarily introduced.Furthermore,with 500 kV Changshunan smart substation integrated test project,a synchronization test system is built for 220 kV line AOFDP.A method of current sampling synchronization test on both sides is proposed and reasons for production of differential current are also analyzed.Test results show that with channel delay compensation on both sides sampling sections,AOFDP may coordinate well,which meets project requirements.
