目的 了解在静息状态下抑郁症患者脑区的局部一致性特点.方法 采用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术,检测静息状态下27例抑郁症患者(患者组)和性别、年龄、受教育程度均与患者相匹配的27名正常人(对照组)的脑功能活动,并对两组进行比较.利用局部一致性方法 分析fMRI数据,用SPM2软件进行配对t检验(P<0.005).结果 与对照组相比,患者组双侧额中回、右额下回、右颞上回、左前扣带回、右后扣带回、右岛叶、双侧豆状核、双侧屏状核、左尾状核局部一致性显著增高(P<0.005,未校正,体素值>10);未显示脑区有明显的局部一致性减低.结论 抑郁症患者神经环路脑区局部在静息状态下具有很高的一致性,其局部一致性的增高可能参与了抑郁症的代偿机制.
目的 瞭解在靜息狀態下抑鬱癥患者腦區的跼部一緻性特點.方法 採用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技術,檢測靜息狀態下27例抑鬱癥患者(患者組)和性彆、年齡、受教育程度均與患者相匹配的27名正常人(對照組)的腦功能活動,併對兩組進行比較.利用跼部一緻性方法 分析fMRI數據,用SPM2軟件進行配對t檢驗(P<0.005).結果 與對照組相比,患者組雙側額中迴、右額下迴、右顳上迴、左前釦帶迴、右後釦帶迴、右島葉、雙側豆狀覈、雙側屏狀覈、左尾狀覈跼部一緻性顯著增高(P<0.005,未校正,體素值>10);未顯示腦區有明顯的跼部一緻性減低.結論 抑鬱癥患者神經環路腦區跼部在靜息狀態下具有很高的一緻性,其跼部一緻性的增高可能參與瞭抑鬱癥的代償機製.
목적 료해재정식상태하억욱증환자뇌구적국부일치성특점.방법 채용공능자공진성상(fMRI)기술,검측정식상태하27례억욱증환자(환자조)화성별、년령、수교육정도균여환자상필배적27명정상인(대조조)적뇌공능활동,병대량조진행비교.이용국부일치성방법 분석fMRI수거,용SPM2연건진행배대t검험(P<0.005).결과 여대조조상비,환자조쌍측액중회、우액하회、우섭상회、좌전구대회、우후구대회、우도협、쌍측두상핵、쌍측병상핵、좌미상핵국부일치성현저증고(P<0.005,미교정,체소치>10);미현시뇌구유명현적국부일치성감저.결론 억욱증환자신경배로뇌구국부재정식상태하구유흔고적일치성,기국부일치성적증고가능삼여료억욱증적대상궤제.
Objective This study was to measure the brain regional homogeneity(ReHo)in the patients with major depressive disorders(MDD)using resting-state functional MRI.Methods The restingstate functional MRI scanning were performed in 27 patients with MDD and 27 gender-,age-,and educationmatched controls.Regional homogeneity approach was used to analyze the functional imaging data,and statistical parametric mapping 2(SPM2)was used to perform paired t-test in ReHo pictures between the patients and controls.Results In comparison with controls,the depressed patients showed significantly increased regional homogeneity in some brain regions,including bilateral middle frontal gyrus,right inferior frontal gyrus,right superior temporal gyrus,left anterior cingutate,right posterior cingutate gyrus.right insula,bilateral lenticula,bilateral claustrum,left caudate(P<0.005,uncorrected,voxel>10);but there were no brain regions showing significantly decreased regional homogeneity in patients.Conclusion The results indicate that there are very high resting-state regional homogeneity in patient with MDD,which may be involved in the compensatory mechanism of depression.
