目的 探讨早发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中核因子κB和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达变化及其意义.方法 用免疫组化SP法,对20例正常孕妇(对照组)和重度子痫前期37例(其中早发组19例及晚发组18例)的胎盘组织中NF-κB和bFGF表达水平.结果 与对照组(99±3)相比,重度子痫前期组胎盘中NF-κB的表达(104±4)显著升高,NF-κB的表达在早发组(104±3)与晚发组(104±5)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而bFGF的表达显著降低,且早发组(99.2±4.1)与晚发组(102.5±2.7)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 NF-κB在胎盘组织中的高表达及bFGF在胎盘组织的表达降低可能与早发型重度子痫前期的发生发展有关.

Objective To study the change and significance of the expression of NF-kB and bFGF in placenta of early-onset patients with severe pre-eclampsia.Methods Twenty normal pregnant women (control group) and 37 cases of severe pre-eclampsia (early-onset group 19;later-onset group 18)were selected.The cellular distribution of NF-κB and bFGF in
placenta in three groups were determined by immunohistochemistry, and the mean density was measured by computer image analysis system.Results The expression of NF-κB in trophoblast of patients with sever pre-eclampsia were significantly higher than that in the controls.But the expression of bFGF in trophoblast of patients with sever pre-eclampsia were lower than that in the controls.The expreesion of NF-κB in placebtal tissues had no significant difference in the expression of two proteins between the early onset and the late onset severe pre-eclampsia,but the expreesion of bFGF
in placebtal tissues had significant difference in the expression of two proteins.Conclusions The high levels of NF-κB and the lower levels of bFGF in placenta may be related to the etiology of pre-eclampsia.
