采用官能团分析法和柱色谱方法研究了大庆减二线油汽相氧化产物的组成。研究结果表明:大庆减二线油汽相氧化产物可分为烃类、羰基化合物、醇类、一元酸酯、二元酸酯、多元酸酯及肟、极性物等7个组分,总收率在95%左右,试验的重复性较好,相对偏差一般小于2%;大庆减二线油中55%左右的烃类已转变为氧化产物,且皂化值较高,达到27.77 kgKOH/g,是制备驱油剂石油羧酸盐的理想原料。
採用官能糰分析法和柱色譜方法研究瞭大慶減二線油汽相氧化產物的組成。研究結果錶明:大慶減二線油汽相氧化產物可分為烴類、羰基化閤物、醇類、一元痠酯、二元痠酯、多元痠酯及肟、極性物等7箇組分,總收率在95%左右,試驗的重複性較好,相對偏差一般小于2%;大慶減二線油中55%左右的烴類已轉變為氧化產物,且皂化值較高,達到27.77 kgKOH/g,是製備驅油劑石油羧痠鹽的理想原料。

The compositions of oxidation product from hydrocarbon in oil vapour phase in second-side of pressure reduction in Daqing oilfield are studied by using the analyses of functional group and column chromatography. The results demonstrate that the oxidation products are divided into 7 compositions,such as hydrocarbon,carbonyl compound,alcohol,monohydroxy acid, binary acid, polybasic acid and polar material. The total yields of these components are about 95%. Good repeatabilities of the experiments are obtained, relative errors of the data are generally less than 2 %, 55 % of the hydrocarbon has been turned into oxidation products, and their saponification number is 27. 77 kg KOH/g, which is an ideal raw material to prepare petroleum carboxylates for chemical flooding.
