黄曲霉毒素被世界卫生组织(WHO)癌症研究机构划定为1类致癌物,并在食品和药品中对其含量进行了严格控制。本文通过对液相色谱--荧光检测法检测黄曲霉毒素的实验参数进行优化,在现有仪器条件下,使20pg黄曲霉毒素(以B1计)的信噪比从5倍提高到20倍,使其定量更加准确。

Aflatoxinisdesignatedby WHO as the first class carcinogen,so it’s concentration needs to be strictly controlled in food and drug.Based on the optimization of parameters of liquid chromatography-fluorescence experiments of aflatoxin detection,we raise the signal-to-noise ratio from 5 times to 20 times under the existing conditions of instrument with 20pg aflatoxin(taking the quantity as B1) ,so that the quantitation can become more accurate.
