研究了围栏和翻耕等措施对天然放牧草地土壤养分的影响.结果表明:围栏和翻耕措施能显著地增加土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷和铵态氮(NH_4~+-N)含量,而使得硝态氮(NO_3~--N)含量大幅减少,但对土壤中全钾含量影响不大.围栏措施提高土壤养分含量效果更加明显.翻耕会破坏高寒草地同有的生草层,使其下面沙质基底成为草地沙化的主要物质来源,同时考虑到翻耕耗费的人力财力成本较高,因此建议在高寒地区的人工草地的建设中慎重选择翻耕措施而宜选择嗣栏封育.

Effects of fencing and tillage on soil chemistry characteristics in meadow were analyzed. Results show that SOM, total N、total P、available N ,available P and NH_4~+-N content in natural pastures increase significantly after fencing and tillage. NO_3~--N content decrease significantly after fencing and tillage, total K content didn't change. Fencing has much effect than tillage in creasing soil nutrient. Tillage destroys inherent grass growing soil layer leading to sand-bed becoming dominant degenerated meadow features and considering manpower and financial cost, fencing measures should be adopted, while tillage should be applied prudentially.
