讨论了无机金属离子/纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂和有机季铵盐抗菌剂对加入WBG Ⅱ的无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)复合材料抗菌性能、力学性能和结品性能的影响.结果表明:抗菌剂的加入明显地提高了PPR的抗菌能力,且无机抗菌剂的作用效果要优于所选取的有机季铵盐抗菌剂,但其对于基体力学性能的影响也较大.无机抗菌剂用量在6~10份时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别达到93.8%~99.2%、91.7%~98.2%;有机季铵盐抗菌剂用量在2.5份时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的扰菌率分别达到91.0%、91.4%.

This paper, discussed the addition effect of the inorganic metal/nano-titanium dioxide and or-ganic quaternary ammonium antibacterial agent into WBG Ⅱ of the random polypropylene (PPR) composite on its antibacterial properties, mechanical properties and crystallization properties. The results showed that the anti-bacterial agent significantly increased anti-bacterial capabilities of the PPR, and the effect of inorgan-ic antimicrobial agent was superior to the selected organic quaternary ammonium antimicrobial agent, but its mechanical properties was affected much. When the content of inorganic antibacterial agent was 6 to 10 phr, the antibiotic rates on the eoli and aureus were 93.8% ~99.2%, 91.7% ~98.2% ; When the content of or-ganic quaternary ammonium antimierobial agent was 2. 5 phr, the antibiotic rates on coli and aureus were 91.0%, 91.4%.
