介绍了一种便于规模化生产的定子铰链式结构无刷电动机及其特点,利用有限元仿真软件对电机参数进行了合理设计,从而获得了正弦性较好的反电势波形,并通过有限元仿真计算了电机转矩波动.试验结果表明,该电机采用正弦波电流驱动控制,具备了较好的伺服控制性能,为不同精度的伺服驱动应用场合提供了一个选择.

A type of brushless DC motor with hinged stator and its characteristics were presented in this paper.The motor parameters were designed by the finite element simulation software.Then the sine-wave form of the back EMF was obtained, and the torque ripple was calculated by the finite element simulation.Test of the product driven by sine-wave current was done.The result indicates that the motor with better servocontrol performance offers a choice to servo-driven application with different precisions.
