针对刨花板热压控制系统中热压控制存在的非线性、纯滞后和时变性等现象,根据模糊控制、自适应控制和常规PID控制的控制思想,提出模糊自适应整定PID的控制策略,实现对PID参数的在线自整定,完善PID控制器的性能,提高系统的控制精度。仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,该控制器明显提高了热压控制系统的动态性能和稳定性。
針對鑤花闆熱壓控製繫統中熱壓控製存在的非線性、純滯後和時變性等現象,根據模糊控製、自適應控製和常規PID控製的控製思想,提齣模糊自適應整定PID的控製策略,實現對PID參數的在線自整定,完善PID控製器的性能,提高繫統的控製精度。倣真結果錶明,與常規PID控製器相比,該控製器明顯提高瞭熱壓控製繫統的動態性能和穩定性。

Aiming at the problems of hot pressing control in particleboard control system such as non-linear characteristic,pure delay and time varying,the fuzz adaptive PID control strategy was put forward based on the theories of fuzzy control,adaptive control and PID control.The system realized on-line self-control of PID parameters,which could improve the performance of PID controller,and the accuracy of the system.Simulation results indicate that the controller can obviously improve the dynamic performance and stability of the hot pressing control system compared with the traditional PID controller.
