结合排舞运动训练与比赛的实践,运用生理学和运动医学的相关理论,采用文献研究的方法,对中老年的生理特征、排舞锻炼的意义、原则和方法等进行分析探讨,认为排舞作为一种增强心肺功能和身体协调性的健身运动,非常适合中老年进行锻炼,并可作为终身从事的一项体育项目.
結閤排舞運動訓練與比賽的實踐,運用生理學和運動醫學的相關理論,採用文獻研究的方法,對中老年的生理特徵、排舞鍛煉的意義、原則和方法等進行分析探討,認為排舞作為一種增彊心肺功能和身體協調性的健身運動,非常適閤中老年進行鍛煉,併可作為終身從事的一項體育項目.
결합배무운동훈련여비새적실천,운용생이학화운동의학적상관이론,채용문헌연구적방법,대중노년적생리특정、배무단련적의의、원칙화방법등진행분석탐토,인위배무작위일충증강심폐공능화신체협조성적건신운동,비상괄합중노년진행단련,병가작위종신종사적일항체육항목.
On basis of some theories of physiology and sports medicine,as well as experience accumulated from the practice of line-dance training and competition,we research the significance of line-dancing and its principles and methods according to some related literatures.Results show that the line-dancing as a body building sport is very helpful for the promotion of the cardiopulmonary functions and body coordination,and is especially suitable for mid-and old-aged people.It is a sport that people can learn and practice throughout their lives.
