目的观察鼓膜置管术联合罗红霉素胶囊口服与单行鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法将40例(40耳)患者随机均分为治疗组20例(20耳)和对照组20例(20耳),治疗组行鼓膜置管术联合罗红霉素胶囊口服2周,对照组单行鼓膜置管术.结果术后随访3～12个月,治疗组治愈13耳(65％),有效5耳(25％),无效2耳(10％),总有效率为90％；对照组治愈10耳( 50％),有效6耳(30％),无效4耳(20％),总有效率为80％；组间差异有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论鼓膜置管联合罗红霉素胶囊治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效高于单用鼓膜置管术,且具有安全、有效率高等特点,值得临床推广应用.
목적 관찰고막치관술연합라홍매소효낭구복여단행고막치관술치료분비성중이염적료효.방법 장40례(40이)환자수궤균분위치료조20례(20이)화대조조20례(20이),치료조행고막치관술연합라홍매소효낭구복2주,대조조단행고막치관술.결과 술후수방3～12개월,치료조치유13이(65％),유효5이(25％),무효2이(10％),총유효솔위90％；대조조치유10이( 50％),유효6이(30％),무효4이(20％),총유효솔위80％；조간차이유통계학의의(P＞0.05).결론 고막치관연합라홍매소효낭치료만성분비성중이염적료효고우단용고막치관술,차구유안전、유효솔고등특점,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To compare the efficacy of tympanostomy tube placement combined with roxithromycin with that of tympanostomy tube placement alone in treating secretory otitis media.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,20 for each group.The study group received tympanostomy tube placement combined with roxithromycin,while the control group received tympanostomy tube placement alone.Results All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months.In the study group,13 ( 65％ ) patients were cured,5 ( 25％ ) had symptom relief,and 2 did not respond to the therapy,with a total effectiveness rate of 90％ whereas in the control group,10 ( 50％ )patients were cured,6 ( 30％ ) had symptom relief,and 4 ( 20％ ) did not respond to the therapy,with a total effectiveness rate of 80％.There was a significant difference between these two groups in efficacy ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The efficacy of tympanostomy tube placement combined with roxithromycin for chronic secretory otitis media is greater than that of tympanostomy tube placement.It is safe and efficacious and thus is worth popularizing.
